Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund

We will issue a refund after deducting shipping charges. We have no question asked refund policy. Send your request to support@yoursletterly.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed between 5-7 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery Time of letter depends on customer selection delivery.

Standard days to ship to letter are as below.

1 . Speed Post within 4-8 working days.

2 . Courier within 2-6 working days.

3. Express shipping to metros and tier-1 city within 2 working days.

4 . All international shipping will reach within 7 working days.
